BioCharacter's Appearance: About 5'8ish if 'floating' up right. Dark brown curly hair slightly past her shoulders. She wears a off the shoulder cream blouse, with a black corset, and a full navy blue skirt. She has a red scarf in her hair, along with big gold coin-ish earings. She has quite a few scarves tied around her waist as well, including one that matches her earrings, that looks like a belly danceing scarf. She has a sachel in which she often carried her mut, Poussoirs (Pondy for short). (Pronounced Pon-tuf)...
Character's History: She was born Liza Esmeralda Valentina, and was born into a local band of Gypsies in Poitou, France during the middle ages. What was left of her family and clan that were not slaughtered scattered into many directions. She was only 6 at the time, and beginning to show signs of a witch with great potential. Beauxbatons Academy of Magic would not take her at such a young age, so she was forced to flee with her family, her mother Elidra, her father Merotro and her older brother Hasix who was 10, along with her favorite pet, her mut, Poussoirs. They tried to settle in other areas, but Liza unable to control her magic, often gave the towns people more of a reason to hate them other than the fact that they were gypsies. They fled and made it to the coast of France to board a ship to Amsterdamn, when Elidra and Merotro were captured by a local church offical, and beaten to death, while her brother hid her in the shadows.
The two escaped, although haunted by the images of their parent's death. They took a ship from Fance to Amsterdamn, with no real problems. However, the two were seperated at the docks, and Liza never saw her brother again. Liza landed in England at the age of 13 with just her mut to help her. She would often dance and perform cheep tricks for men to make money for her and Poussoirs to survive. However, it is one faithful day the girl was attacked, and t he only was she could think to defend herself was magic. The man flew back a good 50 yards and was knocked out. Liza took what few belongings she had left and ran. Word spread of what happened, and rumors embellished what actually went on. But luckily for Liza someone in the magical world took pity on the child, and told Karkunal Gulumbrodor of the incadend. He took aninterst in er and seeked her out. The rest was history.
Liza had a good life at Hogwarts, Karkunal was much like a father to her, and the only person she truely trusted. She excelled in Defence Against the Black Arts, as well as Divination which looking at her heritage was a surprise to no one. When she graduated, she was offered a postion as a teacher but declined it. She went in search of her brother.
She went back to Amsterdamn, looking for clues both magical and non magical. In a dream her brother came to her, and said he was in France, and was alive but in much danger. So she went on the next avalible ship. She mad her way across France, dancing entisingly for men, doing little tricks for children and using her Divination skills. Along the way her path crossed with Lord Grey, a strapping young lord soon to be married who was known for his good looks and outlandish life styles choices. He saw her dance one night near Epernay, and continued to go each night she was in town. The two met in secret, and Liza being the traveler she was had already heard of him, and wanted nothing to do with him. This rejection only made his passion for her grow. The two argued day in and day out, arguing soon became emotional talking which soon became intellectual convorsations. However, the Lord had since been married to a cold snivviling woman named...(ehh who cares about her?) The two soon became 'romantically involved'.
However, it was more than just the lust that drove their relationship, they connected spiritually, intellectually and emotionally. Lord Grey's wife knew that he had had many past relationships even during their engagement but this relationship seemed to be lasting. However, due to birthing problems the woman died during the child birth, along with her child. By this time the entire surrounding area knew of Lord Grey's affair, and charged Liza with murder and witchcraft. They ran from their home, and were married in secret before they were arrested, Liza was stoned to death.
Character's Personality: Out right landish trollop, or strumpet if you are so inclined and would prefer. She is what many people called a gypsy, she is excentric, loud, and many would say morally corrupt. However, we all know the wise and beatific Dumbledor wouldn't ( knowingly) 'harbor' anyone (seriously) morally corrupt. She is able to see right from wrong and will call people on it, no matter the political or economical situation. She does not stand for
